Andro Gigauri

Managing Partner

Andro Gigauri is a lawyer. He also holds a Master’s Degree from the School of Public Policy at George Mason University. At the firm, Andro leads consulting services. He has extensive experience in delivering human and institutional capacity development services for various projects supported by European Union Delegations, Council of Europe country offices, World Bank, DANIDA, UNOPS, UNICEF, and UNDP. Andro also served as an external consultant for PwC, Chemonics, Justice Coopération International, and Expertise France.

 

Andro is a former civil servant. He led Administration at the Ministry of Justice and served as a Deputy Chief Prosecutor. He pioneered a restorative justice mechanism for juveniles in conflict with the law. Andro’s main interests are capacity building of state and business institutions and not-for-profit organizations, reforming of public service delivery, crime prevention, and development of criminal justice policy.

 

Andro teaches a one-year-long course in Public policy analysis at Free University’s School of Social Sciences. Starting from the academic year of 2021, Andro joined Free University’s Law School and teaches a course on Crime prevention and safe communities.

 

Andro founded a non-for-profit organization – Institution of Non-Violent Communication, which aims to provide children and youth with opportunities to advance their potential in a crime-free environment. In 2022, Andro obtained MA in “Child Development” from University of Haifa, Israel.

 

Andro is a certified coach. He mainly works with clients on their professional and career development.
