Nikoloz Kirkitadze

Certified Enforcer

Nikoloz Kirkitadze is a graduate of Akaki Tsereteli State University, faculty of law. He served at the National Enforcement Bureau from 2009-2013, and eventually as a Deputy Chair of the Bureau. He actively contributed to the project of digitalizing the proceedings at the National Bureau of Enforcement. In addition, Nikoloz participated in consultations with government structures and the NGO community, which eventually lead to the easily accessible and the transparent proceedings within the Bureau.

Nikoloz is also one of the co-authors of the 2012 legislative changes in the Insolvency Proceedings Law which made insolvency proceedings transparent, eliminated corruption and made it possible to complete the case in a shorter time.

In 2014-2015, Nikoloz served as an invited expert at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to improve enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

From 2017 to the present, Nikoloz is the owner and director of “Innovators International House”, and the COO of the “Financial Sector”. At the same time, since 2013, he has been actively engaged in private enforcement cases.

With trained initiative of Nikoloz, the company “Financial Sector” implemented “Electronic Claims Program”, “Problem Assets Processing Program” and introduced “Electronic Risk Determination Program”. In the company, as a result of the introduction of new programs, efficiency increased ten times, and costs went down by three times. As a result, the problematic loans under the company’s management were fully exhausted by 2021.
