Tinatin Korkia

Junior Associate

Tinatin Korkia is a last-year law school student at the Free University of Tbilisi. She completed an internship at the non-governmental organization “Freedom Institute” in 2022. As part of the internship, Tinatin researched the legislation of European countries and drafted a constitutional claim.

Tinatin participated in various projects in 2021, including the Fall School “Criminal Law and Human Rights” organized with the support of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the Constitutional Court’s Summer School “Constitutional and Human Rights Law”. She was also a finalist in the Free University’s mock trial competition.

Tinatin’s main interests are civil, corporate, and administrative law. She is actively engaged in drafting legal documents, briefing the Supreme Court decisions, and researching the various international treaty obligations regarding Georgian law practice.
